Basic conversion is free and unlimited for everyone. Free accounts also get 100 credits/month for HEIC/TIFF; Pro gets 5,000/month and Enterprise 20,000 — and anyone can buy extra credit packs on top. Upgrade on the pricing page.
Why is my download opening in the browser instead of saving?
Make sure you're clicking the Download button (not right-clicking the preview). If the issue persists, try a different browser.
My file upload is failing — what's the limit?
Free: 25 MB · Pro: 100 MB · Enterprise: 500 MB per file. If you're hitting limits, consider upgrading your plan.
How long are my converted files stored?
Basic conversions run right in your browser, so nothing is uploaded or stored on the Free tier. For server-side jobs (HEIC/TIFF & advanced tools), Pro keeps files for 15 days and Enterprise for 30 days. Download promptly or upgrade for longer retention.
