1. Introduction

Welcome to BatchSet, operated by Muhaymin Mehmood, based in Karachi, Pakistan ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our platform at https://batchset.com and any associated subdomains (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. Description of Service

BatchSet is a cloud-based image conversion and processing platform that enables users to convert images between formats, perform bulk conversions, remove backgrounds, generate QR codes, convert Excel files, and access these features via API. The Service is provided on a subscription and/or credit-based model.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to secure your credentials.

5. Subscription Plans & Credits

• Free Plan: 30 credits/month. No charge.
• Pro Plan: 500 credits/month at $19.99/month or $199.99/year.
• Enterprise Plan: 2,000 credits/month at $49.99/month or $499.99/year.
• Bonus Credit Packs: One-time purchases ranging from $0.70 (10 credits) to $84.00 (2,000 credits). Credits never expire and do not auto-renew.

Payments are processed securely by Paddle as the merchant of record. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancelled.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, process, or distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform
• Use automated systems to exceed normal usage limits
• Impersonate any person or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software associated with BatchSet are the intellectual property of Muhaymin Mehmood. You retain all rights to the images you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your files solely for the purpose of delivering the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

8. Data Retention

Uploaded files are temporarily stored for processing and automatically deleted after conversion is complete. Converted files may be retained for a limited period (up to 30 days for Enterprise, 15 days for Pro, 2 hours for Free tier) to allow downloads before permanent deletion.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the Service is at your sole risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muhaymin Mehmood shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the six months prior to the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
