BatchSet, operated by Muhaymin Mehmood, offers a 14-day refund window with no exceptions or conditions on all paid purchases made on https://batchset.com. All payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.
2. Subscription Plans
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription plans (Pro and Enterprise) are eligible for a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No usage-based conditions or exceptions apply.
2.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase, with no usage-based conditions or exceptions.
2.3 Renewal Charges
Renewal charges are also eligible for a 14-day refund window from the date the renewal is billed. If you do not wish to continue your subscription or were not aware of an upcoming renewal, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the renewal charge.
3. Credit Pack Purchases
One-time credit pack purchases are eligible for a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. You may request a full refund within 14 days regardless of whether credits have been used. No usage-based conditions or exceptions apply.
4. Eligibility for Refund
Any paid purchase made within the past 14 days is eligible for a full refund. Whether or not you used the Service, consumed your credits, or simply changed your mind, your refund will be processed if you are within the 14-day window.
The only situations where a refund will not be issued:
- The 14-day refund window from the date of purchase has expired
- Your account was suspended for violation of our Terms & Conditions
- The Free plan, which involves no payment
5. How to Request a Refund

You are not required to provide a reason. We will process your request within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank before contacting us, we may be unable to issue a refund through our standard process. We encourage you to contact us first — we are committed to processing every eligible refund quickly and without friction. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
7. Free Plan
The Free plan is provided at no cost. No refunds are applicable as no payment is required.

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. The 14-day refund window with no exceptions or conditions will always apply to all paid purchases.
