1. Overview
BatchSet, operated by Muhaymin Mehmood, aims to ensure you are satisfied with our Service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchases made on https://batchset.com. All payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.
2. Subscription Plans
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
We offer a 7-day refund window for monthly subscription plans (Pro and Enterprise). If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests made after 7 days will not be eligible.
2.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
2.3 Renewal Charges
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. However, if a renewal charge was made in error or you were not notified of the renewal, please contact us within 48 hours and we will review your case.
3. Credit Pack Purchases
One-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable once credits have been applied to your account. Credits are granted instantly after a successful payment. If you believe you were charged incorrectly or did not receive your credits, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
4. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
- You are within the eligible refund window (7 days for monthly, 14 days for annual)
- You have not consumed more than 10% of your monthly credit allowance
- The Service experienced significant downtime or technical issues that prevented you from using it
- You were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount, etc.)
Refunds will not be granted if:
- You have substantially used the credits or features included in your plan
- Your account was suspended due to violation of our Terms & Conditions
- The refund window has expired
- You simply changed your mind after significant usage
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:

- Include your registered email address
- Include your transaction ID or order number (found in your billing confirmation email)
- Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank before contacting us, we may be unable to issue a refund through our standard process. We encourage you to contact us first — we are committed to resolving any issues fairly and quickly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
7. Free Plan
The Free plan is provided at no cost. No refunds are applicable as no payment is required.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
