KB

Quick answer

BatchSet increases an image to at least a size you type in KB, free and entirely in the browser, with no upload and no sign-up. It raises the JPG quality first and, only when even the highest quality is too small, enlarges the pixels just enough, up to 4000 pixels or four times the original. It aims for the smallest file above the minimum, so the result stays clear of a form's upper limit, and it never pads the file with empty data. Enlarging adds no detail; it only makes the file meet a portal's minimum.

How to use the Increase Size in KB

Three quick steps — free, private, right in your browser.

1

Type the minimum

Put the smallest size the form accepts in the Minimum size box, in KB, or pick 10, 20, 50 or 100.

2

Add your photos

Drop JPG, PNG, WebP or iPhone HEIC photos. Each one is brought up to at least that size in your browser as soon as it is added.

3

Download

Check the final size and pixels on each card, then save the JPG or download them all as a ZIP.

Frequently asked questions

How do I increase the size of a photo in KB?+

Type the minimum the form asks for and add the photo. The tool raises the JPG quality first. If even the highest quality is still too small, it enlarges the pixels just enough to clear the minimum, and shows the final size and dimensions before you download.

Why does a form reject my photo for being too small?+

Many exam and application portals accept a range, for example 10 to 20 KB for a signature or 20 to 50 KB for a photo, and refuse anything outside it. A small or heavily compressed photo can fall under the minimum even when it looks fine.

Will it go over the form's maximum?+

It aims for the smallest file that clears your minimum, so it stays as far below a maximum as it can. The final size is on each card, so you can check it against the form before you upload.

Does a bigger file make the photo look better?+

No. Higher quality keeps more of what is already in the photo, and enlarging the pixels adds no new detail. It changes the file to meet the portal's rule. If the photo is blurry, retake it.

Does it add empty data to the file?+

No. It only changes the JPG quality and, when needed, the pixel size, so the result is an ordinary JPG that any portal can read.

Are my photos uploaded?+

No. Everything runs on your own device: the photo is read, re-saved and downloaded without ever being sent to us.
