Quick answer
BatchSet joins a photo and a signature into one JPG for application forms, free and entirely in the browser, with no upload and no sign-up. The photo fills the top box (trimmed from the centre, or shown whole on white), and the signature's paper is turned white with the ink colour kept, trimmed and fitted into a strip underneath. The preset is a 3.5 × 4.5 cm photo with a 1.5 cm signature strip (413 × 708 px at 300 DPI, written into the file), and a custom size takes any pixel width and heights plus a gap. The JPEG quality is set so the file lands between a minimum and maximum KB without changing the pixel size. No official rule fixes one size for a joined image, so the page tells applicants to follow their form, and most forms want the two as separate files.
Three quick steps — free, private, right in your browser.
Drop a passport-style photo in the first box and a photo or scan of your signature on white paper in the second.
Use the 3.5 × 4.5 cm preset or type the width, the photo height and the signature height in pixels. Add the minimum and maximum KB if the form gives them.
The signature is cleaned and fitted under the photo, and the JPG is sized to your KB range. Check the result, then save it.
Add your photo and a photo of your signature, pick the size and press Join. The photo fills the top, the signature paper turns white and the signature is fitted into the strip underneath, and the result is one JPG. Type the form's KB range first and the file lands inside it.
Whatever your form says, so check its instructions. We found no official rule that fixes one size for a joined photo and signature, so the preset is a plain one: a 3.5 × 4.5 cm photo with a 1.5 cm signature strip under it, which is 413 × 708 px at 300 DPI. Custom takes any width, photo height and signature height in pixels, plus a gap.
Usually, yes. Type the minimum and maximum and only the JPEG quality changes, never the pixel size, because the size is what the form checks. In our test, the 413 × 708 px preset came to 43.6 KB for a 20 to 50 KB range and 18.1 KB for 10 to 20 KB. A small size holds few bytes, so a high minimum can be out of reach: at 200 × 300 px our test image topped out at 36.5 KB. When a range cannot be met, the tool says so instead of handing you a file that breaks it.
With Fill the box, the edges are trimmed from the centre so the photo fills its space, which is what forms usually expect. With Show it whole, nothing is cut and the spare space is white. For exact framing, crop the photo first with the Passport Size Photo tool.
Yes. Only the paper is turned white and the empty margins are trimmed. Blue ink stays blue, and the strokes are not redrawn or smoothed.
Only if your form asks for one image. Most online forms have two separate upload boxes, one for the photo and one for the signature. For those, use Passport Size Photo and Signature Resize instead.
No. Both are joined on your own device and never sent to us.
