Quick answer
BatchSet resizes a signature for application forms free and entirely in the browser, with no upload and no sign-up. From a photo or scan of a signature on paper it turns the paper white while keeping the ink colour, trims the empty margins, fits the signature to an exact size such as 140 × 60 px, 4 × 2 cm or any custom pixel size, and sets the JPEG quality so the file lands between a minimum and maximum KB, such as 10 to 20 KB, without changing the pixel size. It does not draw or retouch the signature, and the sizes it offers are common requests rather than any exam's rule, so check the form.
Three quick steps — free, private, right in your browser.
Sign on plain white paper with a dark pen, then take a photo in good light or scan it. Drop the JPG, PNG, WebP or BMP here.
Choose 140 × 60 px, 4 × 2 cm or your own pixel size, and type the minimum and maximum KB if the form gives them.
The paper turns white, the empty space is trimmed, and the signature is fitted to the size and KB range. Check the result, then save the JPG.
Take a clear photo of your signature on white paper, add it here, pick the size the form asks for and type its KB range. The tool whitens the paper, trims the margins, fits the signature to that exact pixel size and sets the JPEG quality so the file lands inside the range.
It depends on the form, so check its instructions. Common requests are a pixel size such as 140 × 60, a printed size such as 4 × 2 cm, and a file between about 10 and 20 KB. The size menu has these, and a custom size takes any width and height in pixels.
At 280 × 120 px or 4 × 2 cm, usually: type 10 and 20 in the KB boxes and only the JPEG quality changes, never the pixel size. At 140 × 60 px it often cannot reach 10 KB, because so few pixels hold few bytes. In our test a clean signature at 140 × 60 came to 6.5 KB even at the best quality. The tool tells you when that happens instead of handing you a file that breaks the rule, so you can pick a bigger size if the form allows it.
Yes. Clean background turns only the paper white. Every pixel that reads as ink keeps its own colour, so a blue signature stays blue and a black one stays black.
Mostly. The tool measures the paper and the ink in your own photo to decide what is background, so grey paper and soft shadows go white. Strong shadows across the ink can be read as ink too, so photograph it in even light, or scan it.
No. It does not draw, smooth or retouch the strokes. It whitens the paper around them, trims the margins and resizes what you signed.
No. The whole thing runs on your own device and the photo is never sent to us. That matters for a signature.
