Quick answer

BatchSet gives the IBPS hand-written declaration text and resizes a photo of it free and entirely in the browser, with no upload and no sign-up. The 2026 IBPS notices for PO/MT, Clerk and SO ask for the text "I, __________ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required." written by hand in English, in black ink, not in capital letters, uploaded as a JPG of 800 × 400 pixels at 200 DPI (10 × 5 cm) between 50 KB and 100 KB. The tool turns the paper white, trims the margins, fits the writing to that size, writes 200 DPI into the file and sets the JPEG quality to land inside the KB range without changing the pixel size. It does not change the handwriting.

How to use the Handwritten Declaration

Three quick steps — free, private, right in your browser.

1

Write the declaration

Copy the IBPS text above by hand on plain white paper, in English, in black ink, in normal letters (not CAPITALS), with your own name in the blank.

2

Photograph it and add it

Take a photo straight from above in good light, or scan it, and drop the JPG, PNG, WebP or BMP here. It starts at 800 × 400 px, 200 DPI and 50 to 100 KB.

3

Make it and download

The paper turns white, the empty space is trimmed, and the writing is fitted to the size and KB range. Check that every word reads clearly, then save the JPG.

Frequently asked questions

What should I write in the IBPS handwritten declaration?+

The 2026 IBPS notices give the text word for word: "I, __________ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required." Put your own name in the blank and copy the rest exactly.

What is the size of the handwritten declaration for IBPS?+

The PO/MT (CRP PO/MT-XVI), Clerk (CRP CSA-XVI) and SO (CRP SPL-XVI) notices all ask for a jpg or jpeg file, 800 × 400 pixels at 200 DPI, which is 10 × 5 cm, and a file size of 50 KB to 100 KB. This tool starts with exactly those settings.

Can I write it in capital letters or in Hindi?+

No. The notices say the declaration must be in your own handwriting, in English only, and not in capital letters. If it is written by someone else or in another language, the application is treated as invalid.

What if I cannot write?+

The notices allow a typed declaration in that case, with your left thumb impression below it (if you cannot sign either), uploaded to the same specifications. The thumb impression tool on this site sizes the impression on its own if you need that too.

Which ink and paper should I use?+

Black ink on white paper, as the notices ask. A gel or ball pen in black photographs cleanly. Avoid lined paper if you can, because the lines can show up in the photo.

What if the file comes out under 50 KB?+

A clean declaration on white paper can hold fewer bytes than the minimum even at the best quality. The tool tells you when that happens instead of handing you a file that breaks the rule. Turning off Clean background keeps the paper texture and adds bytes.

Is my declaration uploaded?+

No. Everything runs on your own device and the photo is never sent to us.
